Guided Relaxation and Breath Awareness.
Learn the deep challenging power of Savasana. Through deep guided meditations explore the stillness of NOW. Includes a Five Elements, Pancha Mahabhutas, meditation delving into the ayurvedic model as a tool for understanding of Self and a dissolution of ego into integration of nature and nature's building blocks.
Following instruction on set up for Savasana and extended 40 -60 minute Savasana, or Yoga Nidra, Pranayama will be taught lying down and sitting.
