Combining hatha and vinyasa yoga with creative responses to personal movement experiences. We will spend roughly 45 minutes moving through a sequence, and 15 minutes of writing and/or drawing our response to our experiences, with the option to share our responses with others.

In terms of what you will need for these sessions, please come in comfortable clothes that you can move freely in, water to keep hydrated, have a space clear of objects that you can move around in safely and a comfortable (and grippy) surface to practice on. You may also want to bring writing and/or drawing materials.

If you have any injuries or conditions you would like me to be aware of, please do let me know and I will do my best to provide appropriate modifications or adaptations for your practice. In every session, I will encourage you to always listen to your body for what feels appropriate and to never push yourself into something that doesn’t feel right for your body.
