Welcome to a mindful body mind and soul yoga session. We will focus on powerful asanas (poses) to enrich the body and mind. Breathing and pausing with each movement in a steady manner and finishing with breath work and meditation. I am sure you will thank yourself for taking the time to show up to class today. Now, grab a mat, some water and connect to the present moment to fully embrace a wonderful yoga session.
