Ease into the week with intention and purpose with this class designed to help you bring focus and clarity to the mind and awakening energy throughout the physical body.

Drop in to your center, clear your mind, and allow the power of yoga, meditation, and breathwork to prepare you for a joyful, productive, and flourishing day and week.

Each class will start with  about 15-20 minutes of manifestation meditation, using breathwork to aid in harnessing your innate inner power. Then we will shift into gentle mindful awakening 30 minute yoga flow, integrating into the body what we call into the heart and mind. Asana practice will be gentle and all-levels, but also strengthening, opening, challenging, to help you feel fantastic in your body as you enter a new week.
