Restorative Yoga – with props

This class is slow and gentle, perfect for winding down before bed! This is a simple and relaxing class that is great for absolute beginners and experienced yogis! Everyone is welcome!
We will be using props for this class. Each pose is held for 1-3 minutes. The props will help us fully release into the poses. You will need 2-4 pillows/bolsters, 1-2 folded blankets, and maybe yoga blocks if you have them. I will explain the props in greater detail before class and give students time to grab extra props if they need them. We are in no rush tonight!
