Rise and shine for this early morning class that is sure to get you ready for your daily routine and duties! This sixty minute class is a well rounded fusion of Asanas or postures that incorporates breathing exercises also known in Sanskrit as Pranayama. This class will offer a Hatha/Vinyasa and Yin mix, meaning the classes will be slower with few flows for those whom are just beginning their yoga practices or are looking to dive safely into each posture to focus on breath while engaging the key muscle groups of that particular pose. This is a class that will utilize props, offer modifications and in detail cues to safely guide you through your practice. Don’t have traditional yoga props? You can improvise and bring your own pillows, blankets, belts or scarves which can be used as straps!
