The first half of this class will be Vinyasa to warm up and connect.

The second half will be Yin. In Yin Yoga, we hold the poses for 2+ minutes to open and release the fascia. This helps to change patterns you hold in your body, supports in structural alignment, and allows for softening.

This is a perfect class for balancing energy, expanding, and relaxing.
