Chair Yoga allows you to improve mobility in a gentle and supported way.   This 45 mins practice is beneficial to activate dormant muscles, rejuvenate cells, help gain flexibility as well as improving your posture and energy flow.  Great Yoga practice for Seniors as well as beginners!
