Saturday Gentle Flow

Hello Yogi's! Join me for a gentle flowy yoga class to ground into your body and your breath. The class will begin with pranayama to open and deepen into the body. We will work through fluid movement of strengthening, stretching and mobility of various parts of the body. All levels are welcome!

Welcome to this energizing morning vinyasa flow where we will link breath to movement, cultivate strength and reconnect. Suitable for all experience levels. Props (yoga blocks, blanket, pillow) are recommended, but not necessary.
