I took my first yoga class over 10 years ago at a community college. It has become my go to stress reducer since walking into that class. . I started with not knowing the spiritual side of the practice, I just thought it was a chill workout class. I love that depending on how you feel that day, you can fire it up and sweat or focus on slower movements and breathing. Just listening to the body.  I enjoy travel, reading, cooking healthy meals, films and I am learning French.
