I’ve always been passionate about health and wellness, as well as aging gracefully.  By being a very spiritual person myself, I instantly fell in love with yoga from day one. I became a passionate yoga practitioner realizing that it made me feel better on a physical level, doing things that I wouldn’t imagine I could do on my mat.  I also progressed on spiritual and mental levels as well, on and off of the mat.  On my life’s journey, I felt the need to share with others what I had learned, and continue to learn, and that’s how I decided to take a step forward to officially become a yoga teacher. Teaching and helping others to find that inner calmness and learning how to be in the present moment, has become Dagmar’s Dharma.  As a Yoga Teacher, I aspire to inspire others to create a better relationship between body and mind, be curious and explore the possibilities. “When you are inspired by some great purpose, some extraordinary project, all your thoughts break their bonds: Your mind transcends limitations, your consciousness expands in every direction, and you find yourself in a new, great and wonderful world. Dormant forces, faculties and talents become alive, and you discover yourself to be a greater person by far than you ever dreamed yourself to be.” - Patanjali
