I am passionate about all aspects of well-being. I’ve been teaching yoga since I was 19 years old, when I was in college earning my degree in clinical nutrition. Over the past decade, I’ve gotten additional certifications as a personal trainer and health coach, as well asĀ for yin yoga and pre- and postnatal yoga.

I work hard to have my yoga classes be creative and challenging, but also to have an emphasis on mobility and stability. I want your time spent on your mat to help you feel better physically and mentally – and, since many of us spend much of our days sitting or in front of a computer, I’ll spend time in my classes teaching simple stretches or drills you can do to improve posture, address tension in the neck, shoulders, wrists, and back, and improve strength where it’s often most needed (core and glutes!) for proper, pain-free movement.
