She is a fascia-fanatic, nature lover, yoga teacher trainer, dancer, and bodyworker. She holds a Master's Degree in Applied Social Sciences, a Bachelor's Degree in Communication Studies, is an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (ERYT-500), a Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider (YACEP). Krista believes in the power of energy medicine, she is a Level 2 Holographic Sound Practitioner and Master Practitioner and Trainer of Kambo. Her approach to embodiment humorously integrates ancient and modern wisdom, which both captivates the mind and nurtures the spirit. Her offerings emphasize self-adoration and exploration, creativity, rhythmic living, and curiosity.
