I am a passionate student and teacher of yoga, with experience teaching all across the world.   I grew up very active in Michigan, USA, travelled for a number of years, and recently landed in the Hawai’ian Islands where I teach yoga and fitness full time.  I have extensive training in Meditation practices (classic and modern), pranayam, and yoga nidra, as well as the more popular asana styles of vinyasa and yin.  I work to provide concise and specific instructions to make my classes easy to follow from the comfort of your home or office.  When practicing with me you can expect guidance for the breath and the body, as well as the awareness. My goals when teaching are to lead my students into a deeply calm state where they can remember their true nature. I teach to to all levels of students and no one will be turned away for any reason. I look forward to being in movement and stillness with you.
